You will need an AWS account to launch an Amazon Redshift cluster or Amazon S3 bucket so if you don’t have one, you can get one from here.

Before launching your Amazon Redshift cluster, we require an Amazon S3 bucket. To use your Amazon S3 bucket, add FlyData permissions to your existing S3 buckets. To do this, go to the S3 Console. When there, change the S3 bucket permissions like the image below to allow FlyData (secure@flydata.co) to edit your S3 bucket.

Your S3 bucket and Amazon Redshift cluster are required to be on the same region. Currently, our FlyData service only supports the region US-EAST-1, US-WEST-2 and AP-NORTHEAST-1. If you want to set up on a different region, please contact us at support@flydata.com.

FlyData handles real-time replication for all of the major RDS systems, including mySQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS, Amazon Aurora, MariaDB, and Percona.

With an easy one-time setup, you can focus on uncovering data to make business decisions.
